Sports

Physical Development is as important for children as intellectual and social development.

Kimbe International School has a Physical Education Program in place which caters for the students needs in this learning area. Apart from physical fitness it encourages individual and group participation, cooperation, competence and confidence with an emphasis on determination, good sportsmanship and achievement.

School Sport Houses

Sports houses play a crucial role in promoting healthy competition, teamwork, and a sense of belonging in our Kimbe International School community. They provide a platform for our students to engage in various sporting events and activities, fostering camaraderie, school spirit, and a strong sense of identity.

Our School Sports Houses are:

·         Akanai         – Red House
·         Tarangau    – Yellow House
·         Muruk         – Blue House
·         Kokomo      – Green House

Through friendly rivalries and house competitions, students learn the value of collaboration, discipline, and determination, creating a vibrant and inclusive sports culture within our private school.

Students compete in Inter-House Competitions such as the:

·         Annual Cross-country Carnival (Term 1)
·         Secondary Lunch Ball Games (Term 2)
